One or the other has already seen such a pack burst into flames and everyone will know how dangerous this can be. The ro-safety is THE protection for LiPo batteries, which also works. Developed by Tom Mast, a renowned aeronautical engineer and enthusiastic model pilot. The idea came to him when his house almost went up in flames due to a LiPo fire.

The ro-safety is designed so that batteries can be charged and of course stored inside. The charging cables are led through a flameproof opening to the outside. In case of a fire of the batteries, the resulting pressure inside can escape to the outside. This happens through the upper ventilation holes, at the same time the smoke is also filtered so that no harmful substances get outside. Inside the box can be up to 800 ° in a fire. Due to the special insulation of the box, the bottom and side wall become hot up to a maximum of 80°. The escaping gas does not get hotter than 150°.

Maximum battery size: You can safely charge and store up to 2 pieces of 6S 5000mAh in the Ro-Safety.
