Quick coupler suitable for red line wheel loader

Now incl. Thor4HF Titan controller to operate the lock and incl. automatic power coupling for electric attachments.

The quickcoupler is locked with high locking force (approx. 6-6,5kg) by a modified titanium cylinder. This allows quick change of attachments remotely. The supplied Thor4HF titanium controller is used to disengage the locking cylinder after locking or opening. (Under no circumstances may another controller be used!).

The mounting to the red Line wheel loader is simple. The supplied bolt is inserted through the lift mast and the coupler, the coupler, which is also supplied, replaces the existing one and is connected to the swing arm with the bearing bolt. Done.

The quick coupler is supplied including automatic power couplers for electric attachments.

The quick coupler is extremely short, so that the bucket or attachments remain very close to the mast.

The existing bucket of the red Line wheel loader can still be used. All that is required is to file a semi-circular recess on the mounting tabs to allow room for the locking cylinder. (see photo) The bearing bolts and suspension hooks (only for red Line wheel loader), which are also supplied, are now inserted through the fastening lugs and the hooks are bolted. Done.

All other CTI attachments such as timber tongs, carrying fork equipment and sweeper can now be attached.
