About the Tyrrell P34 The Tyrrell P34 made its debut at the 1976 F1 World Championship and performed superbly throughout the season. The following season, P34 received First National City Bank as its primary sponsor and changed the hood painting to a two-tone blue and white. The P34 was fitted with a full hood that season to improve aerodynamics and was powered by P. Depailler and R. Peterson. Tyrrell ran into problems when development of the unique P34 front tires stalled as a result of the tire war between Michelin and Goodyear. They continued their winning efforts by making minor changes to their P34 machines throughout the season.

About the model The 1:20 scale kit model shows Tyrrell P34 as it appeared at the 1977 Monaco GP with the same half-engine fairing from the previous season. Overall length: 201 mm, overall width: 101 mm. The model captures the unique shape of the Tyrrell P34 with the rear seat cowling, front brake cooling air duct, stabilizer bar, rear wing side plate and tail light. Ford Cosworth DFV engine depicted with the utmost care. Transmission, ignition and wheels are accurately reproduced. Driver figure included. Decals included for creating two variants: No. 3, R. Peterson and No. 4, P. Depailler.
