Description With the AKL-10-R, consumers with a high current consumption, such as motors, smoke generators and lighting elements up to 10 A can be connected to the USM-RC-2 sound module and the EXM-2 expansion module without additional soldering work.

There are 10 separate changeover switches available on the connection terminal. Each change-over switch can switch a maximum switching power of 240 W. This corresponds, for example, to a current of 10 A at 24 V. Each activated relay is signaled with a green LED.

The connection terminal can be plugged directly onto the sound module with the ribbon cable. The positive battery voltage is connected to a black screw terminal. It is needed for switching the relays. The 3 pole screw terminals can now be used to connect very easy and solderless different consumers can be connected.

There are 2 different versions of the terminal available. The AKL-10-R-6V is suitable for supply voltages from 5 to 9 V. The AKL-10-R-12V is suitable for supply voltages from 9 to 14 V.
