The E-flite® T-28 Trojan 1.1m is an update to our popular semi-scale model. Modern upgrades allow for even more prototypical flying and the increased speed and more dynamic aerobatics make it more fun than ever!

NEW MANEUVERS FROM AN OLD FAMILIAR When the T-28 Trojan was launched as a ParkZone® model more than a decade ago, it quickly gained popularity among beginners and experienced pilots alike. It had the prototypical appearance of the North American Aviation T-28 Trojan, which was used as a trainer by the Navy from 1952 to 1984, but flew better than many low-wing trainers and purpose-built models thanks to its incredible handling and no bad habits. The combination of good nature, robustness and exceptional handling made it the first choice for pilots with little flying experience who had just mastered a trainer and now wanted to fly a first low-wing monoplane. In addition, the practical size of the Trojan made it possible to fly in any large park or sports field, and the model could be easily transported assembled. Now we've redesigned and improved the T-28 to make it even more fun with more power and versatility! The stronger and more robust airframe has been combined with a more powerful 3S and 4S compatible drivetrain complete with telemetry capable controller to allow higher speeds and provide more reserves for dynamic aerobatics. No concessions have been made to the exceptional low-speed and scale flight characteristics for which the original has always been known.

A T-28 AS BEST IN CLASS Updated and improved, the E-flite® T-28 Trojan 1.1m in a fully painted high visibility trim scheme once again shows that it is the best choice for pilots with little flying experience. If you've mastered a trainer and now want to fly your first low-wing, sport or warbird model, the Trojan is perfect for you. Its higher speed and power reserves for more dynamic aerobatics make it interesting for experienced pilots as well. With a common 3S 1800-2200mAh LiPo battery, the brushless drive with its specially tuned motor provides enough thrust and speed for beginners and advanced pilots. With a 4S battery, the Trojan unleashes its full performance potential with higher speed and unlimited climb performance without any further upgrades or modifications. Four servos are factory installed and hinged to give you full aerobatic capability for loops, rolls, knife-edge and inverted flight and much more. The EPO cell has been reinforced with FRP and plastic to help the model easily handle the higher speeds and additional aerobatic capabilities, and to improve overall durability.

Final assembly is a snap with no glue required and the T-28 will fit into almost any vehicle when assembled. Alternatively, the wing can be unscrewed for even easier transport and storage. Any conventional model airfield with a tar or grass runway is a suitable flying field, although experienced pilots can also fly in smaller flying spaces such as large parks or sports fields. Like its prototype, the T-28 already flies very stable by nature. The BNF® Basic version with a Spektrum™ AR631 receiver offers beginner and advanced pilots the added benefits of the exclusive AS3X® and optional SAFE® Select stabilization technology. At the same time, the included controller in both versions is telemetry capable and offers the ability to receive real-time information such as battery voltage, current, RPM and other data via compatible receivers (including the AR631 included in the BNF Basic version) and Spektrum™ AirWare™ equipped transmitters. With the Trojan, you get a bulletproof total package that gives you a sport-scale flying experience you won't find anywhere else with improved flight characteristics, higher speed and more dynamic aerobatics.

Even more robust The lightweight and durable GRP reinforced airframe has been redesigned to withstand the additional power, higher speeds and forces encountered during aerobatics. The motor mount and nose wheel linkage have been reinforced and the wing has received a new spar. All this together makes the T-28 Trojan 1.1m more robust than ever.

Even more powerful The factory-installed brushless drive features a telemetry-capable 30A controller and specially tuned motor, which delivers plenty of thrust even at 3S. When using a 4S LiPo battery, you get more speed and unlimited climb power without any further modifications or upgrades.

Telemetry Capable The T-28 Trojan 1.1m is equipped with a telemetry-capable controller, giving you the ability to get real-time information such as battery voltage, current, RPM and other data via compatible receivers (including the AR631 included in the BNF® Basic version) and Spektrum™ AirWare™-equipped transmitters (such as the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, the NX6, 8 and 10, the iX12, iX20 and others).

Easy mounting Assembly requires no glue and you can assemble the T-28 Trojan 1.1m ready to fly faster than it takes to charge the battery. Although the Trojan fits into almost any vehicle when assembled, the wing can be easily unscrewed for easier transport and storage.

Plug-N-Play® This plug-n-play model comes with power train, ESC and servos. All you have to do is a little assembly work, install the receiver, charge the battery and then you can go flying right away.
