The Warbird series from Phoenix is up to 95% prefabricated and covered with Oracover foil. Thanks to new laser-cut technology, a lightweight and high-strength wooden construction with many new details could be produced.

The F4U Corsair is equipped for electric or combustion propulsion. All necessary parts are included - just like the retractable landing gear. Battery replacement is quick and easy via the removable canopy. Due to the high degree of prefabrication, the model can be completed in a very short time.

In use, the model then shows a very good-natured flight behavior.

Thanks to the prototypical design down to the last detail, the Corsair is hardly distinguishable from the original in the air.
