Power Switch 4-12V 10Amp LiPo and NiMh

A tiny microprocessor controlled on & off switch from SKYRC for RC models. A simple push button serves as a switch and thus eliminates the known problems such as loose contacts or the like that often arise with the mechanical switches. The plastic housing is sealed and can be installed almost anywhere in the model with double-sided tape thanks to its compact size, but with the three mounting holes it also finds optimal space on the transponder holder.

Two different push button covers are included so that the user can choose for himself.

This switch also supports the LiPo mode, if this is activated, the switch automatically switches off at too low voltage to protect the LiPo from a deep discharge. This mode can of course be disabled if other protections are already in place or the switch is running in NiMH / NiCd mode. In addition, the switch informs you at any time about the current capacity status of the battery.

Switch Set-Up:

1. NiMH/NiCad battery packs. To switch on, press and hold the switch for one second. The Power "PWR" LED will now be lit. To turn off, press and hold the switch until all LEDs are off. The Power "PWR" LED will signal the remaining capacity of the battery pack when you turn it on.

2. LiPo Battery Packs To turn on, press and hold the switch for more than three (3) seconds. The Power "PWR" LED and LIPO LED will now be lit. To turn off, press and hold the switch until all LEDs are extinguished. The Power "PWR" LED will signal the remaining capacity of the battery when you turn it on.
