GYD470 Gyro (AVCS) - Drift Gyro for RC Cars

Weighing only 3.7g and with micro dimensions, the GYD470 Car Drift Gyro fits RC vehicles of various sizes. It is used to stabilize perfect drifts with controlled drift angles, either in AVCS or Normal mode. By using the latest MEMS sensor technology, a size of only 20.5 x 20.5 x 11 mm is achieved.

All necessary adjustments can be made by switch or controller on the gyro itself, no PC and adjustment software required. The gyro effect can optionally be adjusted via a separate channel from the transmitter.

Both connection sides are designed to be pluggable and can be easily adapted to the model conditions by different patch cables (plug/plug) with different lengths.

Normal Gyro Mode: In this mode the GYD470 works like a normal gyro: In case of an angle change the position is corrected via the steering servo. This mode is ideal for all non-drifting RC cars.

AVCS Mode (Active Angular Velocity Control System): AVCS Mode was developed specifically for drift cars to perform wild drifting maneuvers in different speed ranges for as long as possible. For this purpose, the GYD470 features Heading Hold technology to provide the driver with the best possible support during drifting. Note: Only suitable for FUTABA digital servos.
