The CARSON Fail Safe with waterproof housing intervenes in the event of a transmitter failure, e.g. with empty transmitter batteries, defect or range overrun, a pre-programmed control function is activated. In RC cars and ship models, the module is usually connected between the throttle servo and the receiver, and in the event of a failure, the servo is set to the idle or brake position. A second module can move the steering servo to a desired position. A low voltage detection can be activated or deactivated. Technical details:
