REDS Racing limited edition 521 Sport offroad engine. This engine, together with 721 Scuderia, Superveloce and Corsa, is part of the Reds S LINE, a new range of engines made with different materials, from different suppliers and with new technologies. All assembled in-house and 100% made in Italy.
The new engine is characterized by high reliability, tuning stability and low fuel consumption. Combined with specific technical changes in the design of the ducts and new materials, this 5-port engine offers good performance and fuel efficiency. 521 Sport guarantees excellent performance at a reasonable price. The 521 Sport engine has been equipped with the same aluminum carburetor as 721 engines to ensure reliability and tuning stability.
REDS Racing 521 Sport features a new and unique crankcase design with high rigidity. It is all new materials and casting technologies. The engine is made by die casting, this is a very high quality process. The crankcase of the previous generation of the R series was gravity casting.
Every single engine is hand inspected and compression tested at REDS Racing headquarters by Mario Rossi to meet the highest quality standards.
It is recommended to combine the new engine only with REDS Racing original exhaust, manifolds and optional parts. This combo comes with REDS 2143 pipe and M manifold.
