Get to know the COPPERHEAD 10 PERFORMANCE controller. It goes both on the open road and off-road. This all-new design rounds out the 1/10th scale lineup, positioned between the SIDEWINDER 4 as an entry-level upgrade and the MAMBA X as an extreme performance option. The COPPERHEAD 10 incorporates CRYO-DRIVE TECHNOLOGY, SENSORED MOTOR SUPPORT and DATA LOGGING LITE with Castle's signature reliability and performance.

The controller can be installed and calibrated directly (plug-and-play) and provides instant, straightforward drive time. Interface-free manual programming mode lets you use your transmitter to set undervoltage cutoff, brake/reverse type, brake rate, drag brake, motor type and direction. Likewise, you can use the Castle Link Programming Suite on your Windows PC (coupon for free USB adapter included with purchase) or wirelessly with the convenience of the new B-Link Bluetooth adapter and Castle Link app for Android, or iOS. Additional benefits of Castle Link include access to all firmware updates and additional feature sets from Castle Engineering (free of charge), the ability to download and analyze your collected data log, an intuitive demo mode feature, and the option to save setup profiles (for multiple vehicles) for later use.

For crawler setups or others that don't need an ESC fan, simply remove the fan with four screws and the fan guard with the cool COPPERHEAD logo simply clicks back into place on the top of the ESC. It makes the COPPERHEAD 10 look mean and provides an extra level of protection. To further protect your investment, the COPPERHEAD emits audible alerts for easy diagnosis of common problems such as motor overtemperature and undervoltage shutdown. In your box, you'll find a handy sticker that includes a reference chart for the eight warning tones.

Notice: Waterproof design: the sensor board has a conformal silicone coating to protect the sensors from moisture. The sensor connectors are not waterproof; water can cause loss of signal, which can lead to loss of sensing capabilities. Castle recommends applying dielectric grease to the outside of the sensor cable connections after cable installation. Routine maintenance is recommended after operation in wet conditions. Refer to the manual for information on operating and maintaining motors in wet environments.
