The large number of TLR® Tuned parts and the body already painted at the factory in a bold racing color scheme immediately set this model apart from its ready-to-run brother, the TYPHON™ 6S BLX 4WD Speed Buggy. The TLR® Tuned TYPHON™ 4WD Race Buggy Scooter is the ultimate 1/8th scale ARRMA® buggy, ready to race right out of the box. Yet it's still tough enough to put away off-road bashing. All you have to do is install the 4S or 6S brushless drive of your choice and the TLR® Tuned TYPHON™ will handle any terrain with ease.

The durable TLR® Tuned aluminum upgrades include the chassis plate, steering linkage, adjustable upper and lower suspension mounts, shock housings, and front and rear shock towers. All parts feature a laser-etched TLR® Tuned logo. The chassis is reinforced with strong plastic side panels and struts front and rear, and the oil-filled adjustable shocks feature custom molded milled pistons and Extreme Bash (EXB) stand-offs.

The TLR® Tuned TYPHON™ 4WD Race Buggy Scooter's heavy-duty drivetrain stands up to extreme bashing, while all-metal diff outputs and gears combine with extra-durable steel driveshafts for reliable power transfer. Its extra-strong wheel hubs accept the aerodynamically optimized rims, on which ARRMA® dBoots® engineers have pre-finished Exabyte tires with a multi-terrain racing compound for next-level grip. A race-ready adjustable rear spoiler provides downforce and reliably keeps the buggy grounded for secure control and responsive handling at high speeds.

Maintenance is kept to a minimum with the driver-friendly design. For example, the aluminum guided engine mount gives you quick and easy access to the engine.

OIL-FILLED SHOCKS The adjustable oil-filled shocks are mounted to TLR® Tuned 7075-T6 aluminum shock towers and feature TLR® Tuned aluminum shockbodies, machined shock pistons and EXB Extreme Bash shock stand-offs. They easily soak up bumps on sand, asphalt and grass for super smooth damping.

dBoots® EXABYTE TIRES WITH HIGH TRAction. dBoots® Exabyte tires are made of premium race compound rubber for long-lasting durability and feature a multi-surface tread pattern for superior traction in all conditions. They include foam inserts and are pre-glued to low-drag 1/8 buggy nylon wheels. The 17mm hex connection provides perfect grip even in extreme conditions and allows for easy maintenance.

FINISHED RACE SPEC BODY Rounding out the TLR® Tuned TYPHON™ 4WD Race Buggy scooter is a sleek, factory-finished body in exclusive Race Spec colors and decals.
