SCX10III Early Ford Bronco 4WD Rock Crawler 1:10 2.4GHz RTR in blue (petrol)

In developing the officially licensed SCX10™ III Early Ford Bronco 4WD, Axial® engineers redefined the boundaries of ready-to-run scale crawler features, functions and performance. All of the key components that have made the SCX10™ III platform so successful have been carried over and new features have been added that have never before been found in an Axial® RTR, nor in any other RC vehicle. Without a doubt, this is one of the most detailed models Axial® has ever produced and is the perfect choice for new scalers, long-time rock crawler enthusiasts and all experience levels in between.

The Bronco shines inside and out with unprecedented detail and will impress even die-hard Ford fans. The polycarbonate body features an injection-molded roll cage, functional tube-framed doors, and concealed body mounts so as not to detract from the scale appearance. Fender flares and rock sliders that match its era provide added protection from damage, and other scale details include an air scoop on the hood, license plates, windshield wipers, and LED headlights and taillights. However, many scale features are fully functional such as the front and rear plate bumpers, which are designed with the optimum angle for unobstructed climbing and crawling.

The interior details are no less impressive. Inside you'll find injection molded seats, dash, shifter, and steering wheel complete with steering column, and under the hood you'll find a replica of the 5.0L V8 engine as well as the transmission and transfer case under which the beastly Axial® 35T engine works. This not only adds to the scale look, it also provides additional protection for the engine.

But we pull off the realistic appearance all the way to the floor! Retro-style 3-piece beadlock wheels perfectly complement the scale body of the Early Ford Bronco and allow the tires to be easily mounted or swapped without the use of glue. Licensed 1.9 replica Falken Wildpeak M/T tires provide solid grip for conquering rocks and trails. The roll cage features mounting points for additional lights and a full-size spare tire.

Underneath the fantastic looks, the proven SCX10™ III chassis delivers the superior crawler performance Axial® drivers have come to expect. For a lower center of gravity and even more realistic scale looks, the Early Ford Bronco AR45 uses rigid axles front and rear. Triangulated suspension geometry is tuned to work with the axles to reduce torque twist and further increase the scale look. Adjustable oil shocks help the driver find the best damping rate and offer a larger bore with more fluid volume for the best performance.

The transmission comes from the factory with a third channel for a "Front Dig" function to lock the rear axle from the transmitter for even tighter radius turns. Alternatively, you can switch the transmission between high and low ratios. Simply switch the Micro Dig servo to the linkage of the gearbox. To be able to use both the "Front Dig" and the two-speed gearbox function, you only need one additional servo and a transmitter with at least four channels (such as the Spektrum™ DX5).

The fully pre-assembled RTR vehicle features a Spektrum™ DX3™ remote control with exclusive DSMR® technology for superior range, response and noise-free operation. The transmitter is compatible with the Smart Telemetry potential of the built-in Spektrum Firma™ Smart 40A controller/receiver unit, and when using a Spektrum Smart LiPo pack, you'll always be able to see the charge level of your battery on the transmitter, while you can drive the Bronco safely in all weather and trail conditions thanks to waterproof electronics.

With its unstoppable Axial® technology and iconic Ford styling, the SCX10™ III Early Ford Bronco 4WD RTR Crawler is predestined for adventures in the mountains and rough terrain. Just pop in the appropriate battery of your choice and you're ready to go!

Early Ford Bronco Polycarbonate Body There are many scale details in the officially licensed Bronco body that will make the hearts of Ford fans beat faster. These include a separately mounted windshield and functional tubular frame doors. The body mounts are concealed for maintaining the "ultra-scale" look. Optional body mounts are provided for use with other body styles.

Injection molded roll cage The realistic injection molded roll cage provides mounting points for a functional spare tire and additional lighting (AXIC1152, Axial® Universal Light Bar Set, sold separately).

Wheel wells and underbody panels The wheel wells and underbody panels of the body conceal internal components that are normally visible from the side of the chassis. They also help protect the interior and contain mounting points for Rock Lights (AXI13001, Axial® SCX10™ III Multi-Color LED Rock Lights With Controller, sold separately).

Protection from rock damage and scratches. Fender flares and rock sliders that match its year of manufacture protect the Bronco body from damage and scratches caused by rock and stone contact.

Exterior Details Numerous details contribute to the authentic look of the Early Ford Bronco body. Air scoop on the hood, license plates, headlights, taillights and windshield wipers are all included.

Open interior with scale details The open interior is packed with even more scale details. Injection molded seats, dashboard, steering wheel with steering column, shift lever and foot pedals are included as standard.

Engine Detail Hidden beneath the model of the 5.0-liter V8 engine, transmission case and transfer case, for more scale looks and well protected, is the powerful Axial® 35T electric motor.

Front Dig Transmission & Two-Speed Option The transmission comes from the factory with a third channel for a "Front Dig" function to lock the rear axle from the transmitter. The lock acts like an anchor, allowing for even tighter radii and much greater maneuverability off-road. Alternatively, you can switch the transmission between high and low ratios. Simply switch the Micro Dig servo to the linkage of the gearbox. In order to use both the "Front Dig" and the two-speed transmission function, you simply need another servo and a transmitter with at least four channels (such as the Spektrum™ DX5).

Spektrum DX3 2.4GHz DSMR Transmitter. The included Spektrum DX3 transmitter features exclusive DSMR® technology for superior range, response and noise-free operation and is compatible with the Smart Telemetry potential of the installed Spektrum Firma™ Smart 40A controller/receiver unit.

Spektrum Firma Smart 40A Regulator/Receiver Unit. When using a Spektrum Smart LiPo battery, the included Smart-enabled transmitter and built-in controller/receiver unit let you keep track of battery capacity on the transmitter's voltage display!

Spektrum 15kg Metal Gear Servo The high-torque servo with metal gearbox and aluminum servo horn is waterproof for reliable driving in any weather and on any trail.

Rigid axles with offset front differential For true scale looks and a lower center of gravity, the Early Ford Bronco AR45 uses rigid axles front and rear. An optional overdrive transmission is available separately (AXI332001 6-Bolt 27 8 Overdrive Gear Set).

Triangulated Suspension Geometry The suspension geometry is tuned to work with the AR45 rigid axles to reduce torque twist while further increasing the scale appearance. A 3-link with Panhard rod is also installed up front.

Adjustable aluminum oil shocks with coil over springs. The oil pressure shocks feature hard anodized threaded housings and an emulsion style cap with bleed screw for easy rebuild and maintenance. The shocks are fine tunable to find the best damping rate for your application and the larger bore allows more fluid volume for better performance.

Revised battery mount The battery compartment on the SCX10™ III Early Ford Bronco can accept standard LiPos or full size NiMH packs.

Adjustable wheelbase The SCX10™ III chassis has an adjustable wheelbase to allow drivers to customize the length to fit a variety of accessory bodies (11.4" (290mm), 12.0" (305mm), 12.3" (312mm)).

3-Piece Retro Beadlock Wheels The Early Ford Bronco comes with 3-piece beadlock rims. These rims are scale replicas of the "Slot Mag" rims from its era. Not only do they round out the scale body, but they also allow for easy mounting, removal and replacement of tires without the use of glue. Detailed "knock-off" style bolt-on hubcaps are also included.

Licensed 1.9 Tires Licensed 1.9 replicas of Falken Wildpeak M/T tires provide solid grip for conquering rocks and trails. Axial® also includes a full-size spare tire with the Bronco.

Off-road bumpers The off-road bumpers are designed with an optimal contact angle for climbing and crawling over rocks and rough terrain. The front bumper also includes a mounting hole for a winch fairlead and mounting points for lights from accessories. Front and rear scale license plates further emphasize the scale look.

Waterproof Electronics The SCX10™ III Early Ford Bronco is ready to go in any weather and on any trail thanks to waterproof Spektrum™ electronics.
