The new Alpha Dog Carisma Scale Adventure is proud to announce the release of the new SCA-1E Coyote 2.1. Our most successful rig ever has become our best performing rig, right out of the box! We've kept the look that has inspired thousands of owners worldwide, we've kept the same affordable price that makes it one of the most affordable rigs on the market, and we've taken the specs and performance to a whole new level. The rig that started our own scale adventure as a company, we are now taking it to the next level of its own evolution

Upgrades & Enhancements The Gen 2 layout is now used as standard, with the CMS mount offering a forward weight shift to make crawling easier, and the battery pack and steering servo mounted up front and ready to go!

We also addressed the torque twist issue that occurs with all shaft-driven rigs. CSA has developed a new ATT (Anti-Torque Twist) transmission that counteracts and reduces the effects of torque twist by causing the front and rear center drive trains to rotate in opposite directions and flip the rear diff. This creates a counter-rotational force in the center drivetrain that significantly reduces torque lag and increases available traction where you need it most: at the wheels. The vehicle runs flatter even at full throttle, and the geometry is more stable and predictable when rock crawling.

Increased control and torque In addition to our LiPo-friendly ARC-1 electronic speed controller, we've also lowered the gear ratio to 5.92:1, which allows for smoother low-end revving and better control. Complementing this, we've introduced a new sealed 17T 5-pole motor, whose added magneto power allows for higher torque and finer throttle response when crawling compared to a 3-pole motor. But it's not just about crawling, the 17T motor still has the ability to generate wheel speed when needed for trail running, and since it's a sealed can, the motor is more weather resistant and requires minimal maintenance between runs.

True 1.9 symmetrical beadlock wheels allow you to add additional weight to the wheels if you want to further customize the weight, and our proprietary ATAT (All Terrain Adventure Tyres) soft compound offer great all-around performance on the trail or crawling.

Improved Body & Finish. The Coyote body has become one of the most iconic in the scale scene and we didn't want to change too much about it. We screen printed the body in a new matte dark gray finish and included a new 2020 Karmadaz logo and an additional decal sheet so you can customize the look of the body to your liking. Keep it minimal and clean or make it look Competition Ready, you decide the final look. The chrome is gone and instead we used black injection molded scale details like the grille, bumpers, wing mirrors and windshield wipers. As with the original, the body is LED ready and can be fitted with your own or third-party lights.

Proven & trusted electrics Our proprietary CTX-8000 2.4GHz radio system comes with the RTR rig. It features steering speed adjustment, steering and throttle trim, channel reversal, end point adjustment, and F.H.S.S. (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology for interference-free operation that eliminates interference between channels and provides precise and responsive control every time. We also include a 1400mAh NiMH battery and a safe 5V USB charger to get you started on your adventure, although the ARC-1 ESC is also LiPO friendly and gives you a clear future upgrade path.
