BBX 2WD Buggy BB-01 RC Kit 1:10

The designers at Tamiya have taken inspiration from the iconic 2WD off-road buggies to bring fans of radio control the ALL-NEW BBX! This 1/10 R / C 2WD off-road buggy model features a combination of classic design and modern performance. The all-new chassis, reminiscent of the sand track dune buggies of the 1980s, is a hybrid monocoque roll cage and features a rear trailing arm suspension inspired by full size UTVs. The new body was designed by famed Japanese artist Atsushi Arino and wears a classic 1980s-inspired paint scheme with matching retro wheels and tires!

Main Features:

• 1/10 R/C kit. Length: 414mm, Height: 136mm, Width: 233mm. Wheelbase: 283mm.
• The classically designed, 0.7mm thick polycarbonate body is split into three parts to replicate the tapered lower shape of the real dune buggy.
• NEW: The newly developed 2WD chassis is based on the one-piece monocoque frame and roll cage to allow the use of realistic bodywork.
• The BB-01 chassis features a new front double-wishbone suspension with A-shaped arms and a rear trailing arm suspension with long trailing arms inspired by UTVs for impressive performance.
• The rear-engine, 2WD chassis features a rear position that mimics the layout of cars of the time and provides good rear traction.
• The four-wheel double wishbone suspension with CVA oil-vented front and rear shocks provides impressive performance and classic looks.
• Transmission uses TA06 rear oil-filled gear differential that allows use of many existing grade-up parts.
• Features full ball bearings and universal drive shafts.
• Rear roll cage can be removed by loosening bolts for easy engine maintenance.
• NEW: New metal-plated wheels with bead lock are equipped with NEW large diameter tires.
• Includes driver figure and lighting case for added realism and adapter for 5th wheel (Spare tire can be purchased separately for added realism).
