4-Track Crawler - Tracked Vehicle Teaching Kit

This teaching kit offers you the opportunity to learn about technology in an easy-to-understand way. How does a gearbox work? What is a drive? How does a crawler chassis work? What is a pendulum suspension? Instead of tires, this vehicle has different sized crawler undercarriages. Each of the four crawler undercarriages independently oscillates forward; the front axle also has an oscillating suspension. This guarantees the best possible traction and off-road capability on any obstacle course. At the same time, the ground clearance of 24 mm makes it possible to drive over steep obstacles. Covers protect the gearboxes from damage. The following tools are required for assembly: Side cutters, model making knife and screwdriver (+/cross slot) large. Only two AA/Mignon/LR6 batteries are required for operation.

• Functional model of a futuristic tracked vehicle. The assembled tracked vehicle has the following dimensions: Length: 200 mm, Width: 130 mm, Height: 100 mm.
• The high quality kit from Tamiya has to be assembled by yourself.
• The independent assembly is accompanied by step-by-step or illustrated assembly instructions. The assembly instructions are of course included in the delivery.
• Based on the assembly instructions, the precisely fitting individual parts must be assembled. The parts can be painted according to your own ideas, but this is not necessary. The plastic parts are already colored.
• Tools and paints are not included in the plastic kit. These must be purchased optionally.
