Due to the extreme stresses of driving, cornering and high jumping, the design of the rims and the materials used are extremely important. The right flexibility and strength allow the Louise RC wheels to withstand these heavy forces. Louise RC wheels are made from a blend of high quality nylon pellets loaded with or without fiber. These composites were developed by Dupont specifically for Louise RC.

The tires are mounted with either special pre-formed foam inserts or cut-to-size foam inserts. The inserts are selected at a specific density and size to ensure perfect cushioning and dimensional stability of the tire.

Due to the extreme forces involved, the tire must be firmly attached to the wheel. Louise RC takes great care to bond the tires properly. For years they have been searching for the best way to glue the tires well, but also cleanly. Today, Louise RC is considered one of the best in the RC industry. The tires are glued with a special cyanoacrylate rubber glue. This glue is specially designed for Louise RC to ensure a perfect strong bond that can withstand all extreme forces.

Louise RC racing tires are made of a special rubber compound with high demands on the grip of the tire, but also on its wear. The racing tires are available in 2 different compounds: soft and super soft. The tires also build up more grip when the ideal temperature is reached. That's why we always recommend doing a few laps first to get the tires up to temperature.
