EC160E Volvo full metal excavator electric 1:14

Our new 1:14 scale gem - the EC160E. This fully licensed full-metal excavator is unsurpassed in detail and functionality. Whether the toothed buckets, the door yaws or the chain links - nothing has been forgotten here in its realism. The enormous ripping and breakaway forces, lets you experience the model building experience extremely close to reality. The fully proportional drive motors, mean exact driving characteristics for the user. The precise CNC-manufactured metal components are accurately manufactured and, together with the first-class, true-to-the-original color intensity, form the overall image of a Volvo excavator. High-gloss stainless steel tracks mean excellent functionality, as well as a visual feast for the eyes. The metal turntable allows the excavator and its, solid material excavator arm, to rotate endlessly through 360°. The off-road capability combined with the splash-proof electronics ensure extremely long durability of the electronic components. The EC160E embodies the interface between toys and high-priced high-end modeling. The included 10-channel transmitter enables high-precision control.

Due to popular demand, here are the key differences between the Huina 1580 and the EC160:

• The arm is made of solid material compared to the Huina, which gives additional stability and weight.
• The traction drive is fully proportional controllable via 2 knobs on the transmitter, which gives a much more realistic driving pattern
• The scale is adapted to 1:14. The model from Huina simulates a 36 ton excavator and is much too small in scale for this. The Volvo EC160 represents a 16 ton excavator, which is perfectly scaled in 1:14. The Volvo is slightly larger than the Huina, but considering that the Huina should be much larger in reality, this difference explains why no 1:14 figure fits in the Huina cabin. Furthermore, the door on the Volvo is fully functional.
