Billing Boats BB0516 Banckert tractor 1:50 RC kit

The tug Banckert was built in 1965 at N.V. Scheepswerven in Millingen, Holland, and christened "Maasbank". "Maasbank" did service for 12 years in the western part of Holland called "Europort". She participated in numerous rescue operations in the North Sea and towed ships throughout the area from France to Norway. In September 1977 the tug was renamed "Banckert".

Construction kit description

This kit is equipped with a deep-drawn ABS hull and laser-cut wooden parts. Rudder with cort nozzle, 4 mm ship's shaft with stern tube and 3-blade propeller are provided for propulsion with an electric motor. All hardware parts are included with building plan and instructions.
