1:12 Suzuki GSX1100S Katana

The Suzuki GSX1100S Katana made its exciting debut at the IFMA trade fair in Cologne in 1980 and was later presented to the public in 1981. The aggressive shape of the Katana designed by Hans Muth is reproduced by this plastic model kit. The mechanical tuning of the 4-cylinder DOHC engine as well as ignition cables, brake lines and instrument cables, which are reproduced with vinyl hoses, have been accurately captured. Metal screws are also included to give parts such as the wheel axles additional strength. Full synthetic front and rear tires are treaded and mounted on accurately reproduced representations of Suzuki's famous star-shaped die-cast wheels to give the model a very realistic presence.
