This streetcar was built in April 1903 by the company "Electric Railway and Tramway Carriage Works" and was one of the 100 class B cars commissioned by the "London County Council".
With the number 106, it was used as a passenger car until 1925, after which it was used as a snowplow with the number 022. In 1983, the 106 was moved to the "National Tramway Museum" of Crich (Derbyshire), where it can still be seen today. In total, the tramway has covered more than 10,000 miles in passenger service.
Originally, it was equipped with two 25 hp engines of type DK25A (Dick Kerr), which were then replaced in 1927 by 42 hp engines of type 220 Westinghouse.
On the wheels it is equipped with hand brakes, the service brake is a rheostatic brake. In 1908 magnetic brakes were installed.
