ISO connector shape aluminum - MPX connector 6-pin

D-Power's ISO plug molds are a brand new way of insulating male and female plugs and sockets using hot glue. In this process, the connectors are placed together with the cables in the ISO connector mold on aluminum and screwed together. Hot glue (ideally with a hot glue gun) is then injected into the mold. As soon as the glue swells out of the sides of the mold, the plug can be taken out of the mold and any excess glue removed with a knife. The perfectly insulated plug is ready.

The ISO connector molds are available for XT-60, XT-90, MPX and T connectors and can be used indefinitely. Release agent is required to remove the plug with insulation from the mold later without leaving any residue.

Note: With the XT90 plugs, care should be taken that openings leading to the gold contacts are closed before potting.
