Hobbynox HN25080 Airbrush paint neon green 60ml

Our water-based airbrush paint is made with fade-resistant pigments, durable resins and high-quality ingredients. Hobbynox airbrush paints work on polycarbonate (Lexan®) and most other plastics, fabrics, wood, metals, ceramics, poster boards, glass and more. The paints are water-based and non-toxic. Hobbynox airbrush paints remain flexible and resist cracking, chipping and most impact damage.

Hobbynox airbrush paints are best used from the bottle with a 0.5mm tip airbrush at 2.8-3.5 BAR. For smaller tip sizes, reduce BAR settings and make detailed artwork finer - reduce with Hobbynox SP Reducer/Cleaner (up to 25%).

Hobbynox airbrush paints cure using mild heat and airflow.

Suitable for:

• Polycarbonate bodywork
• Model kits (if the model does not have too many details)
• Custom airbrush paint jobs

Neo colors:

• Neon colors are very vibrant colors and transparent, so they need to be backed with solid white for the best neon effect.
• Be aware that neon colors are not UV stable - they will eventually fade from direct sunlight.
• Some call them "fluorescent" - we call them neons.

Clear with (if needed):

• Hobbynox Intercoat-Clear (dries flat - not intended to be a true gloss clearcoat).
• Automotive Urethane Clear Coat
• Many other clear/ top coats are compatible - test first.

Hobbynox SP Reducer/Cleaner (sold separately):

• For use with Hobbynox airbrush paints when thinner viscosity is desired/needed.
• Generally added at 10% of the volume of the paint. Can be added in larger amounts to achieve the best viscosity for atomizing the paint.
• Paint has a pot life of 72 hours after mixing with SP Reducer/Cleaner.
• The best airbrush cleaner for Hobbynox airbrush paints - especially when the paints are mixed with Hobbynox Intercoat-Clear.

Hobbynox Intercoat-Clear (sold separately):

• Water-based polyurethane clearcoat that can be used as a protective intercoat and leveling clearcoat over Hobbynox airbrush paints or mixed directly with the paint to improve spray performance, coating durability and urethane-like performance when airbrushing vehicles on hard surfaces.
• When used separately, Intercoat-Clear dries to a flat, hard and level/smooth surface that is perfect for masking and masking off and reduces the risk of under-spray.
• Mix 10% Hobbynox Intercoat-Clear or more with Hobbynox airbrush paints. Leveling/smoothness and airbrush flow on non-porous surfaces are greatly improved. Airbrush paints dry quickly and permanently when mixed with Intercoat-Clear.
• Intercoat-Clear also serves as a bonding agent (for painting hard surfaces) when mixed with Hobbynox Airbrush Colors.
• Intercoat-Clear is not a color reducer and does not thin the paint. To reduce the viscosity of the paint - use Hobbynox SP Reducer/Cleaner.
• Use the airbrush colors mixed with Intercoat-Clear within 6 hours.

After use, store the paints in an airtight container.
